If possible, please provide a detailed shot list, including reference photos for each type of shot — such as hero shots, detail shots, and any others you envision. Let us know the number and type of shots needed, along with any key product features you'd like to highlight. This will allow us to follow your shot list closely and ensure the final visuals align perfectly with your expectations. You can also additionally share listings for competitors that you like.

Yes, we are open to it.

There are no strict capacity limits, but it depends on the amount and type of items we need to shoot. We currently do not take any heavy (items over 50 lbs) or oversized items 5 ft or items like furniture or curtains that require assembling. We can shoot those, but we need advance notice, as well as additional handling fees; special pricing will be applied.

You're right — those services are not included in the current quote. However, we can absolutely coordinate and book models, hair, and makeup if you'd like us to handle that for the shoot. We work with a trusted network of professionals and can provide options and pricing upon request.

Model and HMU rates can vary depending on the scope — for example, whether models are needed for a half day or full day, and whether hair & makeup artists are doing a “do-and-go” or staying on set for touch-ups. It also depends on how many models need to be prepped. Because of that, it’s usually easiest to quote these services based on your exact needs.
