REENTEL has four brands specializing in diamond and stone cabbing products: TumbleBee, Inland Craft, Hi-Tech Diamond, and CabKing.

  • Inland Craft has over 30 years of experience manufacturing diamond grinders and related equipment for various users, setting the industry standard with its American-made products.
  • TumbleBee offers modernized and safe rock tumblers, improving upon classic designs with 21st-century technology.
  • Hi-Tech Diamond has been providing cutting, grinding, carving, and polishing equipment for the lapidary and jewelry industries since 1984. Known for its durability and innovation, Hi-Tech Diamond’s products are made in the USA and cater to all experience levels.
  • CabKing creates user-friendly cabbing machines for grinding and polishing rocks, glass, synthetic materials, and metals, making it a favorite among jewelry makers of all skill levels.

Challenges

REENTEL had quality brands but faced significant hurdles in the competitive Amazon marketplace. Like many sellers, they found that having a great product was only the first step.

Growing their TumbleBee brand required specialized expertise they did not have in-house.

Unoptimized Product Listings

The TumbleBee product listings were not performing at their full potential. They required significant optimization, from backend search terms and titles to customer-facing text and images.

Without proper SEO and compelling content, even great products can get lost in search results, failing to attract and convert shoppers. This is a common issue for sellers trying to manage the complex demands of the Amazon algorithm on their own.

This improved organic ranking and visibility. We also created strategic listing variations, which consolidated customer ratings and reviews to build social proof and help secure more Amazon’s Choice badges.

Our advertising approach focused on proving value and delivering a strong return. We began with a limited budget, launching highly-targeted campaigns based on deep keyword research.

Enhanced Brand Creative

 

To increase customer trust and conversion rates, we developed a full suite of brand creative. Our team designed compelling image stacks, informative infographics, and comprehensive A+ Content. We also built out the Brand Story and a dedicated Brand Store. These professional assets improved the brand’s image on Amazon, giving shoppers the confidence to make a purchase and directly leading to higher impressions and sales.
