What is the Amazon Solution Provider Portal (SPP)?
SPP is Amazon’s official directory of approved third-party service providers. It connects sellers with agencies that offer services like PPC management, SEO, creative, account health support, and more.
Why does SPP matter for Amazon agencies?
It gives your agency credibility and exposure inside Amazon’s ecosystem. Sellers can find you directly through Amazon, which increases your chances of closing qualified leads without extra ad spend.
Who can apply to the Amazon SPP?
Any legitimate service provider that helps Amazon sellers grow can apply. This includes agencies, consultants, software companies, and freelancers offering operational, marketing, or creative support.
Are agencies required to be listed on SPP to work with sellers?
Yes. Starting April 10, 2025, all agencies must register through Amazon’s Solution Provider Portal to access Seller Central. By August 31, 2025, any agency not listed will lose access to client accounts.
Does Amazon charge agencies to be listed?
No. As of now, Amazon does not charge service providers any fees to join or be listed on the Service Provider Network.
