How long does Amazon take to respond to suspension appeals?

A variable depending on each situation. If suspension is fresh on a active high producing account a response within 48 hours is common. But on non active or new accounts if frequently takes 7-14 days to get an initial response.

Is your account reinstatement service guaranteed to work?

No. Account reinstatement is not guaranteed. Each reinstatement process is unique, and many factors are involved in the nature of the account suspension and appeal.
